中美高校图书馆专利信息服务比较研究与启示  

A Comparative Study and Thoughts on the Patent Information Services of Chinese and American University Libraries

摘　　要：[目的/意义]持续、有效地开展以用户需求为导向的专利信息服务,对新形势下高校图书馆实现服务转型和创新发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程]运用比较分析法对美国专利与商标资源中心(PTRC)高校图书馆和中国首批高校国家知识产权信息服务中心开展的专利信息服务内客进行对比分析与研究。[结果/结论]借鉴美国PTRC实践经验,提出我国高校图书馆专利信息服务水平的提升路径:合理定位专利信息服务范围、高度重视专利信息服务工作、切实提高专利信息资源的可获取性和利用率、多途径加强专利信息素养教育、深入开展专利信息咨询服务、多渠道促进专利信息传播与利用、多方合作开展深度专利信息服务。[Purpose/significance] It is of great significance for university libraries to provide user-oriented patent information services continuously and effectively,to realize service transformation and innovative under the new situation.[Method/process]Comparative analysis was performed on the patent information service items carried out by the US Patent and Trademark Resource Centers(PTRC)university libraries and China's first batch of University National Intellectual Property Information Service Center libraries.[Result/conclusion]Based on the good practices of PTRC in the United States,it put forward that Chinese university libraries should reasonably define patent information service items,attach great importance to patent information services,make patent resources more accessible to patrons,diversify patent information literacy instruction,provide depth reference of patent information,promote the dissemination and utilization of patent information in multiple ways,and collaborate to carry out in-depth patent information services,to improve the level of patent information services.
