摘 要:环保型C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体作为SF_(6)的可能替代气体用于电力设备是目前国内外关注的焦点,文中工作的开展是为了探究C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体在12 kV环网柜中的开断特性。利用饱和蒸气压特性探讨了C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体在中压环网柜工程应用的混合比选取范围,选取环网柜中常用的金属去离子栅式灭弧结构,在0.15 MPa气室压力下,研究不同混合比的C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)混合气体,从小电流200 A到额定电流630 A之间的开断性能,对开断试验结束后的环网柜开展了气体组分和比例检测,工频耐压测试。研究发现,混合气体的开断能力随着C_(4)F_(7)N体积分数的增加而提高,开断试验后气室压力升高了0.18 bar(1 bar=100 k Pa),通过气体组分检测为C_(4)F_(7)N分解所致,且长时间放置不会复原,气体分解物复合特性较差,开断后的环网柜顺利通过了相间、对地42 kV/1 min及断口48 kV/1 min的耐压试验,证明分解产物具有较强的绝缘性能。C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture,the eco-friendly gas for the alternative gas to SF_(6)in the electrical equipment ispresently the focus both at home and abroad.The purpose for the development of the work in this paper is to explorethe breaking characteristics of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture in 12 kV ring main unit.Saturated vapor pressure characteris-tics is used to study the selection range of mixing ratio of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixtures for the engineering application inmedium voltage ring main unit.The splitter arc extinction structure used in ring main unit is selected to study break-ing characteristics of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)gas mixture with different mixing ratio between the small current at 100 A and ratedcurrent at 630 A at compartment pressure of 0.15 MPa.The ring main unit after the breaking test is subject to gascomposition and proportion detection and power frequency withstand voltage test.It is found by the study that thebreaking capacity of the gas mixture increases with the increase of C_(4)F_(7)N volume fraction.The pressure in the gascompartment after the breaking test increases by 0.16 bar(1 bar=100 k Pa).It is due to C_(4)F_(7)N decomposition throughgas composition detection.And it will not recover after being placed for a long time.The composite characteristicsof gas decomposition products are weak.The ring main unit passed the power frequency withstand voltage test be-tween phases,to earth at 42 kV/1 min and across open contacts at 48 kV/1 min and proved that that the decomposi-tion products have strong insulating properties.
