摘  要:C_(4)F_(7)N混合气体是目前最具潜力的可替代SF_(6)气体的环保型气体绝缘介质。文中试验研究了氧气和温度对C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)混合气体的局部过热分解特性的影响特性。研究发现,C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)混合气体热分解的主要产物有CF_(4)、C_(3)F_(8)、C_(3)F_(6)、CO、COF_(2)、CF_(3)CN、C_(2)F_(5)CN、C_(2)N_(2)。O_(2)添加量为2%时,C_(3)F_(6)体积分数增加,其余产物体积分数均有不同程度的下降;O_(2)添加量大于8%时CF_(4)、C_(3)F_(8)、CO和COF_(2)的生成速率加快。CF_(4)、C_(3)F_(8)、C_(3)F_(6)、CF_(3)CN、C_(2)F_(5)CN的产量和有效产气速率在过热温度达到500℃时均会出现不同程度的下降,大于500℃时继续增加。综合考虑混合气体的绝缘性能和电、热分解特性,实际工程应用中,在C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)混合气体加入4%~6%O_(2)比较合适;COF_(2)和C_(2)N_(2)可以作为表征C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)混合气体绝缘装备过热性故障严重程度的特征产物,C_(2)F_(5)CN可以作为故障性质跃变的标志分解产物。C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture is currently the most potential environmental friendly gas insulating medium whichcan replace SF_(6).In this paper,the influence of oxygen and temperature on the partial over thermal decompositioncharacteristics of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)gas mixture is tested and studied.It is found by the study that the main products ofthermal decomposition of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)gas mixture include CF_(4),C_(3)F_(8),C_(3)F_(6),CO,COF_(2),CF_(3)CN,C_(2)F_(5)CN,C2N_(2).When the addition of O_(2)is 2%,the volume fraction of C_(3)F_(6)increases,while the volume fraction of other productshave different degrees of reduction.When the addition of O_(2)is higher than 8%,the rate of formation of CF_(4)、C_(3)F_(8)、CO and COF_(2)goes up.Both yields and effective gas production rate of CF_(4),C_(3)F_(8),C_(3)F_(6),CF_(3)CN,and C_(2)F_(5)CN havedifferent degree of reduction in case of the over thermal temperature reaching 500℃and continue to increase incase of exceeding 500℃.With comprehensive consideration of the insulation performance and electrical and ther-mal decomposition characteristics of the gas mixture,it is appropriate to add 4%~6%O_(2)to the C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)gasmixture in practical engineering applications.COF_(2)and C2N_(2)can be used as characteristic products to characterizethe severity of over-thermal fault of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)/O_(2)gas mixture insulation equipment and C_(2)F_(5)CN can be used as thedecomposition products of the marked change in the nature of the fault.
