沈阳市单位制小区景观环境满意度调查与改建分析--以沈阳造币厂单位小区、铁西工人村为例

摘　　要：单位制社区是我国20世纪50年代至90年代盛行的城市社区模式,在辽宁省沈阳市更是风靡。随着时间的推移,单位制社区不再适合社会的发展,许多单位制社区进行了改建。本文选取沈阳市铁西工人村和沈阳市造币厂小区进行以实地调研和居民满意度调查,对比分析改建后和改建前两小区居民对于各自小区的内部环境、社区文化的满意情况。并根据居民满意度调查提出对改建的建议。Unit community is a popular urban community model in China from 1950 s to 1990 s,especially in Shenyang,Liaoning Province.With the passage of time,the unit system community is no longer suitable for the development of society,and many unit system communities have been rebuilt.This paper selects Tiexi workers’village and Shenyang Mint community in Shenyang City for field investigation and residents’satisfaction survey.It compares and analyzes the residents’satisfaction with the internal environment and community culture after and before the reconstruction.According to the survey of residents’satisfaction,the paper puts forward some suggestions on reconstruction.
