摘  要:通过采用正交实验对耐高温型胶粉改性沥青进行了研究,最终确定其配方及制备工艺为:100份基质沥青中加入软化油0.6份、SBS2.5份、橡胶粉21份及软化点增强剂5份,在195℃下搅拌35min,以1000r/min的速率上升至7000r后保持剪切7min,之后在搅拌过程中加入稳定剂0.4份,适当搅拌后重复剪切步骤。采用该配方及工艺制备出的耐高温型胶粉改性沥青综合性能较为优异。The research on the high temperature resistant rubber powder modified asphalt is made through the orthogonal experiment.The formula and preparation process are determined finally as follow:0.6 softening oil,2.5SBS,21 rubber powder and 5 softening point enhancers are added into 100 base asphalt,the rate of 1000r/min increases to 7000r after being stirred at 195℃for 35 min,and keeps shearing for 7 min,and then 0.4 stabilizer is added during the procedure of stirring.The shearing step is repeated after proper stirring.The high temperature resistant rubber powder modified asphalt prepared by this formula and process is with excellent comprehensive performance.
