摘　　要：高校作为人才培养的基地,肩负着人才培养的重任,更肩负着青年政治人才培养的使命。培养青年政治人才是社会主义发展的需要,是理想青年的自身诉求,也是高校教育的题中之义。高校应抓住人才培养能力的关键点,不断创新思想政治教育工作方法,推进形成全员、全过程、全方位育人的格局,切实提高思想政治教育工作的质量和水平。As the base of talent training,colleges and universities shoulder the important task of talent training,and also shoulder the mission of youth political talent training.Cultivating young political talents is the need of socialist development,the self demand of ideal youth,and the meaning of college education.Colleges and universities should grasp the key point of talent training ability,constantly innovate the working methods of Ideological and political education,promote the formation of a pattern of all staff,whole process and all-round education,and effectively improve the quality and level of Ideological and political education.
