摘 要:研究以花生壳为原料、以ZnCl2为活化剂,采用微波加热碳化法制备了花生壳活性炭,探讨了活化剂浓度、浸渍时间、微波功率及活化时间等因素对花生壳活性炭制品对亚甲基蓝吸附性能的影响,并通过正交实验优化了工艺参数。结果表明:微波功率为最主要因素,活化剂浓度为次要因素;实验条件下最佳工艺参数活化剂ZnCl 2浓度为40%、浸渍时间为36 h、微波加热功率为600 W、活化时间为7.5 min时,花生壳活性炭的吸附率较好,对亚甲基蓝的吸附率达到94.8%。Peanut shell activated carbon was prepared by microwave heating carbonization method with peanut shell as raw material and ZnCl 2 as activator.The effects of activator concentration,impregnation time,microwave power and activation time on the adsorption of methylene blue were investigated.The process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that microwave power was the most important factor,and the concentration of activator was the secondary factor.Under the experimental conditions,the optimal process parameters were as follows:the concentration of ZnCl 2 was 40%,the soaking time was 36 hours,the microwave heating power was 600 W,and the activation time was 7.5 minutes.The adsorption rate of peanut shell activated carbon for methylene blue was 94.8%.
