摘　　要：粉末涂料呈固体粉末状,施工后涂膜基本上不产生针孔,形成的涂膜耐久性好,涂覆后容易清除回收再利用,少有或没有挥发性有机物(VOC)释放,是一种环境友好型涂料,因此在很多领域有替代液体涂料的趋势,使粉末涂料拥有巨大的发展空间。本文首先介绍了粉末防腐涂料的应用背景,分析了粉末涂料的独特优势和重要作用,然后综述了国内外粉末防腐涂料的研究现状,总结了国内外最新的粉末防腐涂料发展技术,提出了粉末涂料亟待解决的瓶颈问题、发展趋势及应用前景。Powder coating is a kind of solid powder coating,The coating film basically does not produce pinholes after construction,and the formed coating film has good durability.It is easy to remove and reuse after coating,with little or no release of volatile organic compounds(VOC).Therefore,it is an environment-friendly coating,so there is a tendency to replace liquid coatings in many fields,which makes powder coatings have huge development space.This article first introduces the application background of powder anticorrosive coatings,analyzes the unique advantages and important functions of powder coatings,then summarizes the current research status of powder anticorrosive coatings at home and abroad,summarizes the latest development technology of powder anticorrosive coatings at home and abroad,and proposes powder coating Bottlenecks,development trends and application prospects that need to be solved urgently.
