摘　　要：为解决稀硝酸配置在线倒库过程中引起稀硝酸压力波动联锁跳车、操作时间长、耗费大量人力等疑难问题,经过对配酸流程、操作思路、智能控制等方面进行改造,实现连续、稳定配酸并减少装置现场操作人员数量,增加一定的经济效益。In order to solve the problems such as pressure fluctuation,interlock trip,long operation time and large amount of manpower in the process of dilute nitric acid configuration online transfer,the acid distribution process,operation ideas and intelligent control are reformed to realize continuous and stable acid distribution,reduce the number of operators on site,and increase certain economic benefits.
