摘　　要：常减压装置主要处理原油,以某厂常减压装置为基础,通过应用流程模拟软件建立全流程模型,对产品拔出率进行分析,从而实现装置的价值最大化。经过模拟分析,通过提高常压塔和减压塔注气等途径对原油进行深拔,实现提升经济效益约643万元/a。Based on the crude unit in a petrochemical plant,the whole process model is established by applying commercial process simulation software to analyze the rate of distillate.Through simulation analysis,the economic benefit of deep crude oil extraction is about￥6.43 million per year by increasing the injection steam at the bottom of distillation towers.
