摘  要:黑索金废水属于难于生化降解的毒性较大的一类含能材料废水。此类废水常规方法处理困难。本文拟采用紫外光-三维电极法联合处理黑索金废水。实验选用5 mm碳粒作为粒子电极,光强为28 mW/cm^(2)的紫外灯管,并且固定电解槽两极板间距为3 cm,在此条件下,进行优化实验条件。最终确定最佳实验条件为:pH值为6.6,碳粒加入量为7.0 g,NaSO_(4)加入量为6.5 g,电解电压为7V,反应时间为70 min。在最佳实验条件下,RDX去除率达到92.35%。经过平行实验进行验证,RDX去除效果稳定。该处理方法简单、处理效果较好,对含能废水的处理有一定借鉴作用。RDX wastewater is a kind of highly toxic energetic material wastewater which is difficult to be biodegraded.It is difficult to treat the wastewater by conventional methods.In this paper,ultraviolet-light-three-dimensional electrode method is used to treat RDX wastewater.In the experiment,5 mm Carbon Particle was used as the particle electrode,The light intensity is 28 mw/cm^(2),and the distance between the two poles of the fixed cell is 3cm.The optimum experimental conditions were determined as follows:pH value is 6.6,the amount of carbon particle is 7.0 g,the amount of NaSO_(4)is 6.5 G,the electrolytic voltage is 7V;the reaction time is 70 min.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the removal rate of RDX is 92.35%.The results of parallel experiments show that the effect of RDX removal is stable.The method is simple and effective,and it can be used for reference in the treatment of energetic material wastewater.
