大学生自我药疗行为与用药安全问题的调查分析综述

摘　　要：WHO报道,世界上有1/3的患者因不合理用药死亡,有1/7的患者住院。在我国每年约有250万人次因自我用药不当而住院,约10万人死于药品不良反应。自我药疗行为在大学生中相当普遍,同时带来的用药安全问题也不容忽视,如药物滥用、储存不当、忽略说明书等。本篇阐释了自我药疗的含义,分析大学生自我药疗行为特征,认为用药安全问题应引起重视,需政府加强干预及引导,提升药学专业人员的执业素质,药品说明书应更简洁实用,学校相关部门应该开展关于安全用药的教育课程,使得自我药疗发挥更好的效应。According to WHO,1/3 of patients in the world died and 1/7 of patients were hospitalized due to unreasonable drug use.In our country,about 2.5 million people were hospitalized each year due to improper self-medication,about 100000 people died from adverse drug reactions.Self-medication behavior is common among college students and the drug safety problems which brought by it should not be ignored,such as drug abuse,improper storage,ignoring instructions,etc.This article explains the meaning of self-medication and analyzes the characteristics of self-medication behavior of college students,it is considering that the safety of drug use should be paid attention to and the government should strengthen its intervention and guidance,the professional quality of pharmaceutical professionals should be improved,drug instructions should be more concise and practical,the relevant departments of the school should carry out educational courses on safe medication to make self-medication play a better effect.
