探讨纤维胆道镜联合钬激光碎石治疗胆道结石的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探究纤维胆道镜联合钬激光碎石治疗胆道结石的临床价值。方法:2016年11月-2019年11月收治胆道结石患者120例,按患者意愿分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规开放性取石手术;观察组则实施纤维胆道联合钬激光碎石手术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后血清CA 19-9和CEA水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统开放性取石手术,采用纤维胆道联合钬激光碎石治疗胆道结石手术的效果显著,能有效调节血清CA 19-9及CEA水平,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical value of fiber choledochoscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of biliary calculi.Methods:From November 2016 to November 2019,120 cases of biliary calculi patients were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the patient's wishes,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open stone removal surgery.The observation group was treated with fiber choledochoscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The serum CA 19-9 and CEA levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional open stone removal surgery,fiber choledochoscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of biliary calculi is effective,it can not only effectively regulate serum CA 19-9 and CEA levels,but also can improve clinical efficacy.
