全科医生团队签约管理糖尿病患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价全科医生团队签约管理糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年5月收治糖尿病患者216例,按照是否与全科医生团队签约分为两组,各108例。比较两组患者糖尿病知识知晓率、依从性、血糖水平及生活质量评分。结果:签约组糖尿病知识知晓率、依从性及血糖指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);签约组躯体职能、身体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感智能、精神健康及总体健康评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全科医生团队签约管理糖尿病患者,能够有效提高患者糖尿病知识的知晓率,提高患者接受管理的依从性,从而有效改善血糖水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of general practitioner team contract management on diabetic patients.Methods:From January 2019 to May 2020,216 patients with diabetes were selected and divided into two groups with 108 cases in each group according to whether they signed a contract with the general practitioner team.We compared the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge,compliance,blood glucose level and quality of life score between the two groups.Results:In the contract group,the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge,compliance and blood glucose index level were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the contract group,the scores of physical intelligence,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional intelligence,mental health and overall health were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:General practitioner team contract management of diabetic patients can effectively improve the awareness rate of diabetic knowledge,improve the compliance of patients to accept the management,so as to effectively improve the blood glucose level and improve the quality of life of patients.
