不同糖代谢异常阶段蛋白尿的代谢性因素分布研究

摘　　要：目的:分析不同糖代谢异常时期患者出现蛋白尿的代谢性因素。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治糖代谢异常患者80例,根据患者是否进行过治疗分为两组,各40例。试验组服用过药物;对照组未服用药物。比较两组患者各项指标水平。结果:两组患者舒张压、收缩压、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐及尿白蛋白肌酐比值等指标水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖代谢异常患者出现蛋白尿的代谢性因素也存在显著差异,临床可以通过实时检测患者的相关指标水平,获取更多信息,进而对患者进行疾病判断。Objective:To analyze the metabolic factors of proteinuria in patients with different abnormal glucose metabolism.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,80 cases of patients with abnormal glucose metabolism were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to whether or not received drugs,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group took drugs.The control group did not take drugs.The index levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,BMI,waist circumference,triglyceride,total cholesterol,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum creatinine and urinary albumin creatinine ratio of two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are also significant differences in the metabolic factors of proteinuria in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism.Clinical indicators can be detected in real time to obtain more information,so as to make disease judgment on patients.
