摘　　要：总结1例晚期妊娠合并宫颈癌患者的临床治疗及护理体会。患者住院新辅助化疗控制癌症扩散后行剖宫产及根治性子宫切除术,就患者实际状况采取相应心理、营养、活动等相关护理措施。患者顺利剖宫产下1例健康男婴,术后身体恢复良好。晚期妊娠合并宫颈癌临床相对少见,化疗和围手术期积极治疗和精心的护理可以确保患者顺利度过孕期,促进患者术后机体恢复。We summarized the clinical treatment and nursing experience of a case of late pregnancy complicated with cervical cancer.After hospitalization,neoadjuvant chemotherapy was used to control the spread of cancer,and then cesarean section and radical hysterectomy were performed,according to the actual situation of patients,we took corresponding psychological,nutrition,activities and other related nursing measures.The patient successfully delivered a healthy baby boy by cesarean section,the body recovered well after operation.Cervical cancer in late pregnancy is relatively rare,chemotherapy and perioperative active treatment and careful nursing can ensure that patients smoothly through pregnancy and promote postoperative recovery.
