乙酰半胱氨酸联合温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗慢阻肺急性发作期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨乙酰半胱氨酸联合温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:2017年6月-2018年6月收治慢阻肺急性发作期患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组在对症治疗基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗;观察组在对症治疗及乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗基础上加用温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后中医症候积分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气容量(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC)和FEV1%预计值水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乙酰半胱氨酸联合温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期可显著缓解呼吸道症状及体征,提高临床疗效,改善肺功能及血气指标。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acetylcysteine combined with Wenfei Quyu Huatan decoction in the treatment of acute attack of COPD.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,90 patients with acute attack of COPD were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets on the basis of symptomatic treatment.The observation group was treated with Wenfei Quyu Huatan decoction on the basis of symptomatic treatment and acetylcysteine effervescent tablets treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The predicted levels of(FEV1)/FVC(FVC)and FEV1%in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acetylcysteine combined with Wenfei Quyu Huatan decoction can significantly relieve respiratory symptoms and signs,improve clinical efficacy,and improve pulmonary function and blood gas indexes in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD.
