小针刀结合针灸辨治颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨小针刀结合针灸辨治颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:2018年12月-2020年6月收治颈肩腰腿痛患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组实施常规针灸治疗;研究组实施小针刀结合针灸辨治。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后运动能力评分及疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施小针刀结合针灸辨治颈肩腰腿痛,可有效提升治疗效果,减轻了患者的疼痛。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with acupuncture dialectical treatment on neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods:From December 2018 to June 2020,50 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional acupuncture treatment.The study group received small needle knife combined with acupuncture dialectical treatment.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after treatment,the motor ability score and pain score were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of small needle knife combined with acupuncture dialectical treatment on neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the pain of patients.
