手术室护理干预在改善全麻苏醒期患者心理状况及降低躁动发生率中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室护理干预对全麻患者苏醒期间改善心理状态和降低躁动发生率的作用。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月进行全麻手术的患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。试验组应用手术室优质护理干预;对照组应用常规护理干预。比较两组患者心理状态评分、术后躁动发生率及护理满意度。结果:试验组干预后焦虑自评量表(SDS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SAS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后躁动发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对进行全麻手术的患者应用优质手术室护理干预,可以在苏醒期间显著改良患者的心理状态,显著降低术后躁动的发生,提高整体护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of operating room nursing intervention on psychological condition and reducing the incidence of restlessness in general anesthesia patients during awakening period.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,80 cases of patients who underwent general anesthesia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group used high quality operating room nursing intervention.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The scores of psychological state,the incidence of postoperative restlessness and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative restlessness in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality operating room nursing intervention for patients who undergoing general anesthesia can significantly improve their psychological state during awakening period,it can also significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative restlessness and improve the overall nursing satisfaction.
