摘 要:目的:探究行袖状胃切除术的肥胖症患者饮食护理及术后饮食指导。方法:2018年3月-2020年3月收治行袖状胃切除术的肥胖症患者28例,均实施饮食护理及术后饮食指导,跟踪巡访6个月,比较手术前后患者腹围、体重、体重指数(BMI)及不良反应发生情况。结果:患者术后1个月、3个月及6个月腹围、体重及BMI均低于术前,且呈良性发展趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经随访调查,不良反应均有所改善。结论:对行袖状胃切除术的肥胖症患者实施饮食护理及术后饮食指导可提高手术效果,体重相关指标均明显降低且不良反应发生率较低。Objective:To explore the dietary nursing and postoperative dietary guidance of obese patients undergoing sleeve gastrectomy.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,28 obese patients who underwent sleeve gastrectomy were followed up for 6 months.The abdominal circumference,body weight,BMI index and adverse reactions were compared before and after operation.Results:The abdominal circumference,body weight and BMI index of the patients at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were lower than those before operation,and showed a benign development trend,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions were improved after follow-up investigation.Conclusion:Diet nursing and postoperative diet guidance for obese patients undergoing sleeve gastrectomy can improve the effect of operation,the related indexes of body weight are significantly reduced and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
