摘　　要：目的:探讨社区康复指导对糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我效能的影响。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月社区糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组应用常规方法控制血糖水平;观察组在常规方法基础上开展社区康复指导。比较两组患者血糖水平、DSES评分及应对方式评分。结果:观察组干预3个月后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等血糖指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后DSES评分及应对方式评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区康复指导有利于帮助糖尿病患者控制血糖水平,提高患者自我效能。Objective:To explore the effect of community rehabilitation guidance on blood glucose control and self-efficacy in diabetic patients.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,100 patients with diabetes in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The blood glucose level in the control group was controlled by conventional methods.The observation group was given community rehabilitation guidance on the basis of conventional methods.Blood glucose level,DSES score and coping style score were compared between 2 groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c and other blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,DSES score and coping style score of the observation group were better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community rehabilitation guidance is helpful for diabetic patients to control blood glucose level and improve patients'self-efficacy.
