摘 要:采用CFD数值模拟的方法以加热炉内炉气与钢坯的热量交换为研究对象,建立不同燃料配比情况下炉气在炉内传热过程以及钢坯加热过程的数学模型;并探讨步进式加热炉内钢坯运动轨迹同炉膛温度分布的合理匹配方案,从而合理地组织燃料燃烧,达到节能降耗的目的。研究表明,随着高炉煤气中焦炉煤气比例的增加,钢坯的平均温度增加;钢坯的换热效率略有降低。同一燃料配比下,随着钢坯在炉内水平前进位移的增加,钢坯出炉时的平均温度降低;在钢坯的水平前进位移为160 mm时,随着高炉煤气中焦炉煤气比例的增加,钢坯出炉时的平均温度大幅增加;相应的钢坯换热效率变化趋势与上述相同。The heat exchange between furnace gas and slab in reheating furnace was studied by using CFD numerical simulation method.The reasonable matching scheme of the motion trajectory of slab with the temperature distribution in the walking beam type heating furnace was discussed.The results show that the average temperature of slab increases with the increase of coke oven gas proportion in blast furnace gas.The heat transfer efficiency of slab decreases slightly.With the increase of horizontal advance displacement of slab under the same fuel ratio,the average temperature of slab decreased.When the horizontal advance displacement of the slab was 160mm,the average temperature of the slab was increased greatly with the increase of the proportion of coke oven gas in the blast furnace gas.The change trend of heat transfer efficiency of slab was the same as above.
