摘　　要：根据高强锚杆钢产品理化性能交货要求,利用线性回归方程确定钢坯化学成分,通过对高强锚杆钢产品外形尺寸特点分析,设计轧制工艺路线、精轧机轧辊孔型及成品刻槽尺寸等工艺方案,生产出符合要求的高强锚杆钢产品。According to the requirements of physical and chemical properties delivery of high strength anchor steel products,the chemical composition of billet is determined by linear regression equation.Through the analysis of the shape and size characteristics of high strength anchor steel products,the rolling process route,roller hole shape and finished groove size of finishing mill are designed to produce high strength anchor steel products.
