摘　　要：采用有限元软件ProCAST对铸钢轧辊铸造工艺进行了模拟,通过分析其凝固过程的温度场情况,优化了铸造工艺,最终获得了合理的产品生产工艺,在工艺设计方面起到了重要的理论指导作用,减少了生产试制次数,降低经济成本,保证产品质量。The casting process of cast steel roll was simulated by the finite element software ProCAST.By analyzing the temperature field of the solidification process,the casting process was optimized,and the reasonable production process was obtained.It played an important theoretical guidance role in the process design,reducing the trial production times,reducing the economic cost and ensuring the product quality.
