胡志强运用安神药治疗眩晕病刍议

摘　　要：眩晕病涉及多系统病变,病理生理机制复杂。中医学强调精神心理因素的致病作用,但精神心理因素在眩晕病发展和维持中的作用未引起重视。胡志强教授认为前庭和情绪通路在解剖上部分重合,中医学形神合一观点是安神药治疗眩晕病的理论基础。胡志强教授治疗眩晕病的常用中药包括天麻、茯苓、清半夏、菊花、白芍、钩藤、白术、桂枝、丹参、浙贝,多为安神药或具有安神作用的药物,其功效可归纳为息风化痰定眩、健脾化痰定眩、温阳化痰定眩3类。安神药尤其适用于情志诱发眩晕和缠绵难愈的眩晕,这有助于拓展临床治疗眩晕病的用药思路。Vertigo involves multiple system diseases,which has complicated pathophysiological mechanism.Traditional Chinese medicine pay much attention on the mental and psychological influence over the onset of vertigo,but the effect on the development and maintenance has not drawn enough attention.Professor HU Zhiqiang believes that the vestibule and emotion have some similar pathways in anatomy.And in Chinese medicine,the use of tranquilizing herbs in vertigo is based on the unity of shape and spirit theory.Prof.HU prefers to use some tranquilizing herbs for vertigo such as gastrodia elata,poria cocos,alum processed pinellia,chrysanthemum,debark peony root,atractylodes,cassia twig,salvia miltiorrhiza and thunberbg fritillary bulb,which could be categorized in 3 groups according to their functions:suppressing wind and dissipating phlegm,invigorating spleen and dissipating phlegm,and warming yang and dissipating phlegm.Tranquilizing herbs are especially suitable for the emotion-induced and lingering vertigo,which may help to expand the clinical treatment of it.
