摘  要:波浪浮标是长期定点、全天时、全天候测量波浪参数的重要设备之一。我国3个海区布放了数百台波浪浮标。为确保浮标监测数据准确可靠,亟需开展浮标现场校准技术的研究工作。研究人员依托我国日益成熟、独立自主的北斗卫星导航定位系统,选用高精度的载波相位差分RTK技术,攻克高精度高程定位、卫星信号丢失、数据传输错误等技术难题,研究基于北斗浮标的现场校准技术。为评价研究成果,选取Waverider浮标,在青岛海域进行计量比对现场试验。海试结果显示,北斗浮标满足国家相关技术规范要求,两套浮标技术性能基本一致,可满足波浪三要素(波高、波周期、波向)同时计量校准需求。北斗浮标可替代Waverider浮标,为我国波浪参数量值传递提供了一种新途径。Wave buoy is one of the important equipment for long-term fixed-point,all-time,and all-weather measurement of wave parameters.Hundreds of wave buoys have been deployed in three sea areas of China.To ensure the accuracy and reliability of buoy monitoring data,it is urgent to carry out research on buoy field calibration technology.Relying on the increasingly mature and independent Beidou satellite navigation and positioning system,researchers chose high-precision carrier phase differential RTK technology to overcome technical problems such as high-precision elevation positioning,satellite signal loss,data transmission errors and so on,and study on-site calibration technology based on Beidou buoy.In order to evaluate the research results,Waverider buoy was selected to conduct a measurement comparison field test in Qingdao sea area.The sea trial results show that the Beidou buoy meets the requirements of relevant national technical specifications,and the technical performance of the two sets of buoys is basically the same,which can meet the requirements of simultaneous measurement and calibration of three elements of waves(wave height,wave period,and wave direction).The Beidou buoy can replace the Waverider buoy,which provides a new way for the transmission of wave parameters in China.
