曹吉勋教授治疗小儿功能性便秘的经验

摘　　要：功能性便秘是小儿的常见病。此病患儿的临床表现主要是排便次数减少、粪便干结、粪便量减少及排便费力等。小儿服药较为困难,其对治疗的依从性差,且其在用药后易出现不良反应,因此临床上对功能性便秘患儿进行治疗较为棘手。曹吉勋教授是第二批四川省名中医,其治疗胃肠疾病的经验丰富。他认为,小儿功能性便秘的主要病机是脾虚失运、气机郁滞,故应以健运脾胃、行气导滞、润肠通便为治疗要点。他采用自拟的中药方剂并随证加减治疗小儿功能性便秘,取得了良好的效果。本文主要是介绍曹吉勋教授治疗小儿功能性便秘的经验。Functional constipation is a common disease in children.The main clinical manifestations of this disease in children are reduced frequency of defecation,dry feces,reduced fecal volume and defecation.It is difficult for children to take medicine,their compliance to treatment is poor,and they are prone to adverse reactions after medication,so it is difficult to treat children with functional constipation clinically.Professor Cao Jixun is the second group of famous TCM doctors in Sichuan Province,and he is experienced in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.He believed that the main pathogenesis of functional constipation in children is spleen deficiency and stagnation of qi,so the treatment points should be invigorating the spleen and stomach,regulating qi stagnation,and moistening intestines and constipation.He used self-designed Chinese medicine prescriptions and added or subtracted along with the syndrome to treat functional constipation in children,and achieved good results.This paper mainly introduces Professor Cao Jixun's experience in the treatment of functional constipation in children.
