摘 要:为解决甘蔗联合收割机液压系统在时变工况下的载荷匹配和速度稳定性问题,首先通过试验测试甘蔗有倒伏和无倒伏两种典型工况下关键部件中液压马达的工作载荷和转速,运用Ncode软件进行数据处理。试验数据分析表明:甘蔗机械收获的过程中,各工作部件的载荷和转速随时间的变化而变化,在有倒伏工况下载荷最大波动幅度达到13 MPa,转速最大波动幅度达到269 r/min。基于甘蔗联合收割机的载荷特征,选取PVG(Proportional Valve Group)电液比例阀组进行负载匹配,运用AMESim对液压系统的运行特性和节能机理进行研究。仿真结果表明:采用PVG比例阀的负载敏感系统相比较于节流调速系统,在有倒伏情况下马达转速波动幅度可减小到15.38 r/min,无倒伏情况下工作部件的功率消耗最高可降低59.81%。In order to effectively solve the problems of load matching and speed stability of the hydraulic system of sugarcane combine harvester under time-varying conditions,the working load and speed of hydraulic motor in the key components of sugarcane under the typical conditions of lodging and non-lodging were firstly tested through experiments,and Ncode software was used for data processing.The analysis of test data shows that during the mechanical harvesting of sugarcane,the load and rotation speed of each working part change with the change of time,and the maximum fluctuation range of load reaches 13 MPa and the maximum fluctuation range of rotation speed reaches 269 r/min under the condition of loading.Based on the load characteristics of sugarcane combine harvester,PVG(Proportional Valve Group)electro-hydraulic Valve Group was selected to carry out load matching,and AMESim was used to study the operation characteristics and energy-saving mechanism of the hydraulic system.The simulation results show that compared with the throttle control system,the load sensitive system using PVG proportional valve can reduce the fluctuation range of mach speed to 15.38 r/min under the lodging condition,and the power consumption of working parts can be reduced by up to 59.81%without lodging.
