摘　　要：金融业高质量发展是构建现代产业体系,推动经济高质量发展的重要因素。习近平总书记提出新时代中国金融业高质量发展的三项根本任务,即服务实体经济、深化金融改革与防控金融风险,并结合金融业本质与职能,系统规划金融业高质量发展的路径,即构建现代金融业市场体系、打造规范有序的金融业市场行为和科学制定现代金融业公共政策体系以及构建现代金融业开放体系。习近平新时代中国金融业高质量发展观包含系统的产业组织理论逻辑与范式,以全面提升中国金融业的市场化、普惠化、数字化、绿色化、国际化和法治化水平为重要的实践导向,为新时代中国金融体制改革、金融业运行规则和政策制定提供了创新性的指南和根本遵循。The high quality development of the financial industry plays an important role in building a modern industrial system and promoting high quality development of the national economy.Xi Jinping pointed out the three fundamental tasks of high quality development of China’s financial industry in the new era,namely,serving the real economy,deepening financial reform,and preventing financial risks.According to the nature and functions of the financial industry,Xi Jinping has systematically planned the path of high quality development of the financial industry,or to be more specific,the building of a modern financial market system,engagement in normative and orderly financial market behaviors,formulation of a scientific public policy system for a modern financial industry,and construction of an open system for the modern financial industry.Xi Jinping’s outlook on the high quality development of China’s financial industry in the new era includes systematic logic and paradigm on industrial organizational theory,and is oriented to comprehensively improving the marketization,inclusiveness,digitalization,greening,internationalization,and rule-of-law levels of China’s financial industry.In a word,it provides innovative guidelines for the reform of the financial system,operation rules of financial industry,and the formulation of financial policies in the new era.
