摘　　要：肝泡型包虫病(HAE)是一种寄生性人畜共患病。此病患者若未接受系统性治疗或治疗不及时,可危及其生命。HAE患者在接受治疗后其病情的复发率较高。临床上在对此病患者进行治疗的过程中,应采取有效的手段监测其病灶的代谢活性,以便于调整治疗方案,提高其疗效,降低其病情的复发率。本文主要是论述用影像学技术与免疫学技术评估HAE病灶代谢活性的研究现状。Hepatic vesicular hydatid disease(HAE)is a parasitic zoonosis.The disease can be life-threatening if patients are not treated systematically or without timely treatment.Patients with HAE have a higher relapse rate after treatment.In the course of clinical treatment,effective means should be taken to monitor the metabolic activity of the lesions,so as to adjust the treatment plan,improve the efficacy,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.This article mainly discusses the current research status of imaging and immunological techniques to evaluate the metabolic activity of HAE lesions.
