奥硝唑所致不良反应的特点分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析奥硝唑所致不良反应(ADR)的特点。方法:以“奥硝唑”、“ADR”等为检索词,检索中国知网等网络数据库2010年1月至2020年8月期间公开发表在国内医药期刊上的有关奥硝唑所致ADR的个案报道,对文献中的内容进行统计、分析,总结奥硝唑所致ADR的特点。结果:通过检索网络数据库共获取27篇符合要求的文献,在这27篇文献中提取有效病例33例。在这33例患者中,有男9例,女24例;其中,年龄为21~30岁的患者最多,用奥硝唑预防术后感染的患者居多,用药当天发生ADR的患者最多;其中,有10例患者单用奥硝唑进行治疗,有23例患者联用奥硝唑和其他药物进行治疗。奥硝唑所致ADR主要累及患者的皮肤及局部组织、消化系统等。在这33例患者中,有32例患者经停药、对症治疗或调整用药顺序等处理后其ADR消失或好转。结论:在使用奥硝唑后发生ADR的患者中,女性患者居多,且其多为青壮年人。奥硝唑所致ADR主要累及患者的皮肤及局部组织、消化系统等,且其多在用药当天发生ADR。奥硝唑所致ADR的转归情况较好。Objective:To investigate and analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions(ADR)caused by ornidazole.METHODS:Using“ornidazol-induced ADR”and“ADR”as search terms,case reports on ADR caused by ornidazol-induced ADR published in domestic medical journals from January 2010 to August 2020 were retrieved from China National Development Information Network(CNHI)and other network databases.The literature contents were statistically analyzed,and the characteristics of ADR caused by ornidazol-induced ADR were summarized.RESULTS:A total of 27 articles meeting the requirements were obtained by searching the network database,and 33 valid cases were extracted from the 27 articles.Among the 33 patients,there were 9 males and 24 females;Among them,the patients aged 21 to 30 years old were the most,most of the patients took ornidazole to prevent postoperative infection,and most of the patients developed ADR on the day of medication.Among them,10 patients were treated with ornidazole alone,and 23 patients were treated with ornidazole and other drugs.ADR caused by ornidazole mainly involved the skin,local tissues and digestive system of patients.Among the 33 patients,32 patients disappeared or improved after drug withdrawal,symptomatic treatment or adjustment of medication sequence.CONCLUSIONS:In the patients with ADR after the use of ornidazole,the majority of female patients,and most of them are young adults.ADR caused by ornidazole mainly involved patients’skin,local tissues and digestive system,etc.,and most of the ADR occurred on the day of medication.The prognosis of ADR induced by ornidazole was good.
