摘 要:采用二甲基十八烷基[3-(三氧甲基硅基)丙基]氯化铵(TPMMC)与经过等离子体预处理后的玻璃纤维滤纸进行接枝改性获得负载有季铵盐基团的玻纤材料,对其进行了表征,探讨了改性前后玻璃纤维滤纸在不同溶液Cr6+含量和p H下对水中Cr^(6+)吸附性能的差异及形成原因。结果表明,改性后玻璃纤维材料表面ζ电位大幅上升,由负转为正。未改性的玻璃纤维材料对Cr^(6+)几乎没有吸附能力,改性后吸附能力明显升高,在Cr^(6+)的质量浓度为1 mg/L时,改性后的玻璃纤维较原始材料对Cr6+的吸附去除率提高了51.13%。且改性后玻纤对Cr^(6+)的吸附效果受p H影响较大,在一定范围内,p H越低吸附效果越好。Used dimethyl octadecyl[3-(trioxymethylsilyl)propyl]ammonium chloride(TPMMC)and the glass fiber filter paper after plasma pretreatment for graft modification to obtain the glass fiber materials with quaternary ammonium salt group,and it were characterized.The difference in the adsorption performance of the glass fiber filter paper for Cr^(6+)in water under different Cr^(6+)content and pH before and after the modification and the reason for its formation were discussed.The results showed that theζpotential on the surface of the glass fiber material increased significantly after modification,and the value changed from negative to positive.The unmodified glass fiber material had almost no adsorption capacity for Cr^(6+),and the adsorption capacity was significantly increased after modification.When the mass concentration of Cr^(6+)was 1 mg/L,compared with the original material,the modified glass fiber had a 51.13%increase in the adsorption and removal rate of Cr^(6+).Moreover,the adsorption effect of modified glass fiber on Cr6+was greatly affected by pH,within a certain range,the lower the pH,the better the adsorption effect.
