摘 要:针对反渗透海水淡化水低碱度和低硬度的特点,采用石灰石溶解法对淡化水进行再矿化。以盐酸对淡化水进行酸化,考察酸化水p H(2、2.3、3)及矿化塔内停留时间(3、8、12、24、36、48、60 min)对矿化效果的影响,并计算酸的利用效率。结果表明,酸化水pH应不大于3,且随酸化水pH减小,矿化水硬度、碱度越高;随停留时间变长,矿化水硬度、碱度越高、酸的有效利用率也越高。将矿化水与淡化水以一定体积比混合并用氢氧化钠溶液调节p H,可满足HY/T 247-2018市政供水要求。The water produced by reverse osmosis seawater desalination is characterized by very low hardness and alkalinity,thus,remineralization process with limestone dissolving method is in need.The research investigated different remineralisation processes when pH of acidified water varied from 2 to 3 and residence time varied from 3 min to 60 min,then the efficiency of acid utilization in various conditions is specially calculated.In this paper,HCl is used to acidify the desalted water,and the research results show that the pH of the acidified water should not be greater than 3,as the pH of the acidified water increases,the hardness and alkalinity of the mineralized water become lower.Simultaneously,longer residence time leads to higher acid utilization efficiency,hardness and alkalinity content.In order to meet the municipal water supply requirements of HY/T 247-2018,the remineralized water should be mixed with desalted water in a certain volume ratio,and then adjust pH with NaOH.
