高质量发展视角下我国对外贸易水平综合评价

摘　　要：从高质量发展的内涵出发,借鉴已有相关研究成果,提出从贸易实力、贸易结构、贸易支撑、贸易效益四个维度构建评价指标体系,结合熵权法和TOPSIS法对我国2012—2018年对外贸易高质量发展水平进行实证测度与分析,并通过灰色关联模型量化各指标与对外贸易高质量发展水平的关联程度以确定关键影响因素。研究结果表明:2012—2018年我国对外贸易高质量发展水平整体呈上升趋势,发展态势良好;服务贸易进口额增长率、高新技术产品进口额占进口总额比重、进出口贸易能源密集度、中西部地区出口额占全国比重、每万人专利授权数等对我国外贸高质量发展水平影响相对显著。最后,基于研究结果提出推动我国对外贸易高质量发展的着力方向。Starting from the connotation of high-quality development and referring to the existing relevant research results,this paper built an evaluation index system from four dimensions of trade strength,trade structure,trade support and trade efficiency.Besides,with entropy weight method and TOPSIS method,it measured and analyzed the high-quality development level of China’s foreign trade from 2012 to 2018,and quantified the correlation between each index and the high-quality development level of foreign trade through the grey correlation model to determine the key factors.The research results show that the high-quality development level of China’s foreign trade from 2012 to 2018 is on the rise,having a good development trend;the factors such as the growth rate of imports of service trade,the proportion of imports of high-tech products in total imports,the energy intensity of imports and exports,the proportion of exports in the central and western regions,and the number of patent authorizations every 10000 people have a relatively significant impact on the high-quality development level of China’s foreign trade.Finally,based on the research results,it puts forward the direction of promoting the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade.
