热浸镀锌与油漆相结合的双重涂装系统施工技术

摘　　要：钢结构在当今建筑领域应用十分广泛,然而钢材在大气环境下服役易受腐蚀,常见的钢结构防腐设计多为油漆防腐。在某些腐蚀环境特别恶劣的海边或工业区域,热浸镀锌与油漆相结合的双重防腐体系相比油漆防腐体系具有耐久年限更长、综合经济效益更高等优点。针对阿尔及利亚大清真寺项目钢构件防腐施工,从镀锌工艺优化、表面处理、油漆施工及涂层修补等方面详细阐述了双重涂装系统关键施工技术,为类似涂装体系在建筑工程中的施工应用提供了一些经验。Steel structures are widely used in the construction field,however,steel is susceptible to corrosion when serving in the atmospheric environment,common protective coating system is painting system.In some coastal areas and industrial areas with high salinity,compared with painting system,duplex system combined hot-dip galvanizing and painting provides the better durability and economic benefit.This paper expounds the construction technology of duplex system according to Algeria Great Mosque project,including galvanizing technology optimization,surface treatment,painting and coating repair,etc.It provides some engineering experience for the construction of similar coating system.
