摘 要:军用梁支架体系在现浇箱梁施工中的应用是当前的研究热点,基于Midas Civil软件定量地研究了军用梁支架体系.在跨长益高速特大桥施工中的应用:分析了地形复杂、地质条件差、孔数较多及跨度较大等条件限制下简支箱梁的施工技术;确定了应用于跨长益高速特大桥的支架体系,并对其进行了验算。结果表明,六四式军用梁支架体系受力合理,满足稳定要求;本工法实用性强,有明显的经济、社会效益。The application of military beam support system in cast-in-place box girder construction is a current research hotspot.This paper is based on Midas Civil software quantitatively studies the application of military beam support system in the construction of the super large bridge across Changyi expressway;analyzes the construction technology of simply supported box girder under the conditions of complex terrain,poor geological conditions,large number of holes and large span;determines the support system applied to the super large bridge over Changyi Expressway,and carries out the checking calculation.The results show that the force of 64 type military beam support system designed in this paper is reasonable,which can meet the requirements of stable operation;the method is practical and has obvious economic and social benefits.
