摘　　要：结合某公司开展的安全生产风险分级管控与生产安全事故隐患排查治理体系建设,风险管控小组对近年来人工挖孔桩成孔过程中存在的危害因素重新进行了识别、评估,依据评估结果,制订相应的安全管理措施,确保人工挖孔桩在成孔过程中安全受控。This article combines the company's hierarchical management and control of production safety risks and the establishment of a production safety accident hidden danger inspection and management system.The company,s risk management and control team has re-identified and evaluated the hazardous factors in the process of manual digging piles in recent years.As a result,corresponding safety management measures have been formulated to ensure that the manual digging piles are safely controlled during the hole forming process.
