摘 要:针对炮口冲击波测试面临的连发射击需求,新型存储式炮口冲击波测试系统正在向可多次触发、多参数可编程的方向发展,相应的上位机软件功能也需配套更新.以QT为设计平台,对炮口冲击波测试系统的上位机软件进行了设计,软件界面友好、操作简易.针对测试系统需求,为软件设计了多次触发数据的读取、管理、显示功能,并增加了包括触发电平、增益倍数等5项参数可编程功能.为了解决试验现场无法近距离操作系统的问题,为软件设计了USB和ZigBee两种通信方式.在数据处理过程中使用经验模态分解算法来去除测试信号中的复杂趋势项.测试结果表明,所设计的软件各项功能完备、工作稳定性强,可满足炮口冲击波测试对上位机软件的功能需求.Aiming at the requirement of continuous firing in muzzle shock wave test,the new muzzle shock wave test system is developing towards the direction of multiple triggering and multi-parameter programmable,therefore,the upper computer software function also needs to be updated.In this paper,the QT was taken as the design platform,and the upper computer software of the new muzzle shock wave test system was designed,the interface of this software is very friendly and easy to operate.Aiming at the requirements of the test system,the functions of reading,management and display were designed for the multi-triggered data and the programmable function for five parameters,including trigger level and gain,was designed in the software.To solve the problem of unable to operate the test system nearby,two communication methods,including USB and ZigBee,were designed in the software.EMD algorithm is used to remove the complex trend items in the test signal in data processing.The test results show that,the software designed has complete functions and strong working stability,meeting the functional requirements of the new muzzle shock wave test system to the upper computer software.
