摘 要:针对传统商用声发射(AE)传感器在高频区域信噪比较低的缺点,提出一种使用压电晶片有源传感器(PWAS)来检测疲劳裂纹产生的AE信号的新方法.对PWAS和商用S9225传感器进行AE疲劳实验对比,结果表明,在频率小于200 kHz时,两种传感器捕获到了非常相似的AE信号,在频率大于200 kHz时,PWAS捕获的声波信号大于0.2 dB,而商用S9225传感器的信号幅值小于0.1 dB.研究结果表明,PWAS成功捕获了疲劳裂纹产生的AE信号,并且在高频区域比商用AE传感器(S9225)具有更好的信噪比.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional commercial acoustic emission(AE)sensors with low signal-to-noise ratio in high-frequency regions,this paper proposes a new method for detecting acoustic emission signals generated by fatigue cracks using piezoelectric wafer active sensors(PWAS).Through AE fatigue experiments on PWAS and commercial S9225 sensors,the experimental results show that in the frequency region below 200 kHz,the two sensors capture very similar AE signals.At greater than 200 kHz,the acoustic wave signals captured by PWAS are more powerful than 0.2 dB.The commercial S9225 shows a weak response at amplitudes greater than 200 kHz and less than 0.1 dB.The research results show that PWAS successfully captures the AE signal generated by fatigue cracks,and has a better signal-to-noise ratio than the commercial AE sensor(S9225)in the high frequency region.
