摘 要:通过高温热解氢氧化镍/聚苯胺前驱体,制备了镍/氮掺杂碳复合材料,并作为双功能电催化剂应用于可充电锌-空气电池。利用X射线衍射、透射电镜、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱等对样品的形貌与结构进行表征,并利用电化学工作站与旋转圆盘电极对样品的氧还原与氧析出电催化性能进行测试。线性扫描伏安曲线的结果表明,在0.1 M KOH水溶液中氧还原起始电位与半波电位分别为0.894 V和0.833 V vs.RHE,接近商业Pt/C。氧析出过电位在电流密度为10 mA·cm^(-2)时为0.356 V vs.RHE,略优于RuO_(2)。Nickel/nitrogen doped carbon composites(Ni/N-C)were prepared by pyrolysis of nickel hydroxide/polyaniline(Ni(OH)2/PANI)precursor at high temperature,and used as a bifunctional electrocatalyst in rechargeable Zn-air batteries.The morphology and structure of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results of linear sweep voltammetry showed that the initial and half wave potential of oxygen reduction in 0.1 M KOH aqueous solution were 0.894 V and 0.833 V vs.RHE,respectively,which were close to commercial Pt/C.The overpotential of oxygen evolution is 0.356 V vs.RHE when the current density was 10 mA·cm^(-2),slightly better than that of RuO_(2).
