摘  要:反应堆一回路管道通常以不锈钢为基材,长期运行中面临沉积物的产生及大量积累的问题。本文通过溶液反应模拟沉积物的产生,采用的水溶液中含有Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+),以及裂片核素^(137)Cs和活化核素^(60)Co的稳定同位素阳离子^(133)Cs+和^(59)Co^(2+),CO_(3)^(2-)、SO_(4)^(2-)等阴离子,以及基材氧化物Fe_(2)O_(3)等;开展了沉积物化学溶解去污处理技术研究。实验结果表明,沉积物中含钙、镁、钴、铯及铁等元素;采用苹果酸+柠檬酸双组份的去污体系,沉积物的溶解率可达98.44%,且该弱酸复配体系去污液对不锈钢基体的腐蚀作用较小。The primary pipeline of the reactor is usually made of stainless steel,which has long faced with the problem of sediments generation and accumulation in operation.In this paper,the aqueous solution contains cations such as Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+),anions such as CO_(3)^(2-)and SO_(4)^(2-),substrate oxide Fe_(2)O_(3),and stable isotope cations of split nuclide^(137)Cs and activated nuclide^(60)Co,^(133)Cs+and^(59)Co^(2+),etc.The generation of sediment is simulated by solution reaction,and the solution decontamination treatment is carried out.The results of experiment show that the sediment contains calcium,magnesium,cobalt,cesium and iron.The malic acid and citric acid two-component decontamination system,the dissolution rate of sediment can reach 98.44%.Moreover,the decontamination solution of weak acid complex system has little corrosion effect on stainless steel matrix.
