摘  要:针对现有电缆隧道运行环境监测手段单一、缺乏整体状态评估、智能化处理事故能力差等缺陷,设计了智能化隧道环境综合监测系统。通过监测分析电缆接头温度、电缆护层接地电流、电缆隧道环境温湿度、水位、有毒易燃气体含量、烟雾等数据,对整个电缆隧道运行状态进行评估,并根据故障类型实现联动处理。该装置系统在河南某电缆隧道的现场试运行显示,该系统可实现对电缆隧道的全面监测和状态运行管理,监测数据准确性较好,隧道环境在线监测与人工配合更加便捷,可有效防止事故的进一步扩大。Due to the defects of single method for operation environment monitoring,lack of overall state assessment,poor intelligent accident handling ability of the cable tunnel,this paper designs an intelligent comprehensive monitoring system for the tunnel environment.By monitoring and analyzing the data of temperature of the cable joint,grounding current of the cable sheath,the environmental temperature,humidity,water level,toxic and flammable gas content,smoke in the cable tunnel,the paper conducts assessment of the operation state of the whole cable tunnel and realizes linkage processing according to fault types.The experimental results show that the system can realize the overall monitoring and state operation management of the cable tunnel,and effectively prevent further expansion of the accident.The field trial operation of the device system in a cable tunnel in Henan province shows that the monitoring data is accurate,and the intelligent on-line monitoring and manual cooperation of the tunnel environment are more convenient.
