发电机定子线棒温度异常分析及诊断

摘　　要：水氢氢型汽轮发电机的水内冷定子绕组是由铜制空心导线和实心股线交叉组成的,槽内股线间进行540°罗贝尔换位,空心导线内部循环流通除盐水以冷却定子绕组,一旦出现冷却效果不佳而引发定子线棒温度增高的情况,很可能会导致定子绕组故障。本文介绍了发电机定子绕组局部温度异常的分析和解决过程,阐述了采用热水流试验判断线棒内部是否存在堵塞现象的诊断情况。The water-cooled stator winding of the water-hydrogen-hydrogen turbogenerator is composed of copper hollow wires and solid strands,540°Robel transposition is performed between the strands in the slot,and the hollow wire circulates demineralized water to cool the stator winding,once the poor cooling effect causes the temperature of the stator bar to increase,it is likely to cause the stator winding failure.This paper introduced the analysis and solu⁃tion process of the local temperature abnormality of the generator stator winding,and elaborated the diagnosis of whether there was blockage inside the wire rod by the hot water flow test.
