摘  要:合成了一例双核铜配合物[Cu_(2)L(NO_(3))(PhCOO)_(2)(H_(2)O)](ClO_(4))·3H_(2)O(1)(L=4,4'-二(N,N-二(吡啶-2-甲基))氨基二苯甲烷).采用元素分析、红外光谱对配合物进行表征并解析了其单晶结构.单晶结构表明每个Cu中心均为五配位畸变的四方锥构型.利用光谱实验研究了配合物与DNA的结合能力,凝胶电泳实验进一步证明了配合物的化学核酸酶活性,并对切割机理进行了研究.此外MTT实验测定了该配合物对体外HeLa、HepG-2和SGC-7901肿瘤细胞生长的抑制能力.A new dinuclear copper(n)complex[Cu_(2)L(NO_(3))(PhCOO)_(2)(H_(2)O)](ClO_(4))·3H_(2)O,where L is a polypyridyl ligand named 4,4'-methylenebis(N,N-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)aniline),has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The single crystal structure shows that each Cu(II)center adopts a tetragonal-pyramidal configuration with five coordination distortions;the combination of the complex and DNA was studied by spectral experiments.Gel electrophoresis experiments further proved the chemical nuclease activity of the complex and the cleavage mechanism was studied.In addition,the M TT assay determined the inhibitory ability of the complex on the growth of HeLa,HepG-2 and SGC-7901 tumor cells in vitro.
