摘 要:简述了与铁基金属陶瓷力学性能相关的内容和研究成果。为改善原料的质量、提高两相间的润湿效果,分析了原料质量和铁铝尖晶石(FeAl_(2)O_(4))对铁基金属陶瓷力学性能的影响。具体包括:原料的配比、金属相、粉末粒度、粒料纯度、添加剂、粉料成型等原料条件对铁基金属陶瓷的密度、强度、硬度、韧性等性能的影响,并总结了其影响的规律,简要分析了原由;根据原料体系内铁氧化物的氧化还原反应,探索了不同烧结气氛下铁铝尖晶石的合成效率及铁铝尖晶石对铁基金属陶瓷力学性能的影响。The related contents and research results related to the mechanical properties of iron-based cermet were briefly described.In order to improve the quality of raw materials and the wetting effect between the two phases,the influence of raw material quality and iron-aluminum spinel(FeAl_(2)O_(4))on the mechanical properties of iron-based cermet was analyzed.Specifically,the effects of the ratio of raw material,metal phase,particle size,purity,additives,power molding and other raw materials condition on the mechanical properties of iron-based cermet were summarized,such as density,strength,hardness,toughness and so on.The laws of influence were summarized and the original reason was analyzed briefly.According to the redox reaction of iron oxide in the raw material system,the synthesis efficiency of iron-aluminum spinel under different sintering atmospheres and the effect of FeAl_(2)O_(4)on the mechanical properyies of iron based cermet were explored.
