摘  要:在铝合金中加入稀土Sc,制备了一种高强度、腐蚀速率快的新型可降解铝合金,并广泛应用在油气压裂等领域。在Al-5Mg-3Zn-1.5In-0.2Ga-0.2Sn合金中加入不同含量的Sc,并对其组织结构、力学性能、电化学性能和腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明:铝合金中可形成Al_(3)Sc析出相,与铝基体具有共格和半共格相界。当Sc含量为0.8wt%时,90℃下含钪合金具有最快的腐蚀速率(7.89 mm/d)和最大的强度(屈服强度202.4 MPa、极限断裂强度318.1 MPa);当Sc含量为0.5wt%时,合金具有最高的伸长率,为20.1%。A novel degradable alloy with excellent strength and good corrosion rate was successfully prepared by adding Sc to the aluminum alloy,which was widely used in oil and gas fracturing and other fields.The microstructure,mechanical properties,corrosion behavior,electrochemical properties were investigated by adding different content of Sc to the Al-5Mg-3Zn-1.5In-0.2Ga-0.2 Sn alloy.The results show that the alloys generate Al_(3)Sc precipitation,which have coherent and semi-coherent phase boundaries with aluminium matrix.When the Sc addition is 0.8 wt%,the alloy has the largest corrosion rate at 90℃(7.89 mm/d)and the supreme strength(yield strength:202.4 MPa,ultimate tensile strength:318.1 MPa),and the highest elongation of the alloys is 20.1%,when Sc content is 0.5 wt%.
