摘 要:采用SPS放电等离子烧结法制备石墨烯-铝合金复合材料,研究石墨烯含量分别为0、0.1wt%、0.2wt%、0.3wt%、0.5wt%、1wt%、2wt%、3wt%和5wt%时,复合材料的显微硬度、摩擦系数和磨损率。结果表明,SPS放电等离子烧结法制备的复合材料组织较为致密,石墨烯分散均匀。随着石墨烯质量分数的增加,复合材料的硬度先增大后减小,当石墨烯的含量为0.3wt%时,复合材料的硬度达到最大值,为144.9 HV。随着石墨烯含量的增加,复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损量先减小后增大,当石墨烯的含量为0.3wt%时,复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损量达到最小值,分别为0.31和0.0037 mm3。Graphene-Al alloy composites were prepared by SPS discharge plasma sintering.The microhardness,friction coefficient and wear rate of graphene aluminum alloy composite were studied when the content of graphene were 0,0.1 wt%,0.2 wt%,0.3 wt%,0.5 wt%,1 wt%,2 wt%,3 wt%and 5 wt%,respectively.The results show that the microstructure of the composites prepared by SPS is compact and the graphene is well dispersed.With the increase of the content of graphene,the hardness of the composite increases first and then decreases.When the content of graphene is 0.3 wt%,the hardness of the composite reaches the maximum value,which is 144.9 HV.With the increase of the content of graphene,the friction coefficient and wear amount of the composite decrease first and then increase.When the content of graphene is 0.3 wt%,the friction coefficient and wear amount of the composite reach the minimum value of 0.31 and 0.0037 mm3,respectively.
