摘 要:采用大气等离子喷涂(APS)技术在45钢表面分别喷涂了纯W涂层、掺杂1.5wt%NbC的W+NbC钨基涂层和掺杂1.5wt%NbC+1.5wt%TiH_(2)的W+NbC+TiH_(2)钨基涂层。研究了3种不同涂层的组织结构和孔隙率、热扩散系数及显微硬度。结果表明,3种涂层都呈典型的热喷涂层状结构;复合涂层中的第二相分布在涂层间隙,起到填充涂层孔隙和连接片层的作用。在3种钨基涂层中,单一NbC掺杂钨基涂层的性能最优,其孔隙率降低至12.16%,热扩散系数提高至53.34 mm2/s,显微硬度比另外两种涂层均高约100 N/m2。Pure W coatings,W+NbC tungsten based coatings doped with 1.5wt%NbC and W+NbC+TiH_(2)tungsten based coatings doped with 1.5wt%NbC+1.5wt%TiH_(2)were sprayed on 45 steel surfaces by atmospheric plasma spraying(APS)technology.The microstructure,porosity,thermal diffusion coefficient and microhardness of three different coatings were studied.The results show that,all the three coatings have typical thermal spraying layered structure.The second phase in the composite coating distributes in the gap of the coating,which plays the role of filling the pores of the coating and connecting the lamellar layer.Among the three kinds of tungsten-based coatings,the properties of single NbC-doped tungsten-based coatings are best.The porosity is reduced to 12.16%,the thermal diffusion coefficient is increased to 53.34 mm2/s,and the microhardness is about 100 N/m2 higher than that of the other two coatings.
