摘  要:采用有限元方法建立了轧辊热处理过程和带钢热轧过程的分析模型,分别研究了热处理残余应力和热-机械应力的变化规律。在此基础上,分析了热轧过程中热处理残余应力的再分布。结果表明,淬火过程中,轧辊表面产生较高的压缩应力,而中心产生拉伸应力;回火可以有效减小轧辊心部拉伸应力,却保留了外层较高的压缩应力;在带钢热轧过程中,温度和热-机械应力在轧辊表面的急剧变化,而随着距离表面深度的增加,其变化幅值显著减小;在轧制间隙,由于轧辊表层温度逐渐减小,最终轧辊表面处于较高的拉伸状态;在热轧过程中,表面压缩残余应力显著减小,心部拉伸残余应力逐渐增加。The analytical models of roll heat treatment process and strip hot rolling process were established by finite element method,and the variation of residual stress and thermal-mechanical stress were studied respectively.On this basis,the redistribution of heat treatment residual stress during hot rolling was analyzed.The results show that during the quenching process,the surface of the roll produces higher compressive stress,while the center produces tensile stress.Tempering can effectively reduce the tensile stress in the center of rolling roll,but retain the higher compressive stress in the outer layer.In the hot rolling process of strip steel,the temperature and thermal-mechanical stress change sharply on the roll surface,but with the increase of the depth of the distance surface,the change amplitude decreases significantly.In the rolling gap,the surface temperature of the roll decreases gradually,and the final roll surface is in a higher tensile state.During hot rolling,the surface compressive residual stress decreases significantly and the core tensile residual stress increases gradually.
