摘 要:研究了CARMO钢经过稀土变质处理后的组织和性能,探讨了不同回火温度(200、250、300、400℃)对CARMO钢变质组织和性能的影响。结果表明:CARMO钢在200~400℃回火温度下,马氏体分解,贝氏体产生,在晶界和板条内有碳化物析出,并聚集长大呈颗粒状。随稀土加入量的增加,回火后硬度有所提高,在加入0.5wt%稀土变质后,硬度达到最高值57 HRC。随着回火温度从200℃升高到400℃的,硬度从57 HRC降低到52 HRC,冲击韧性则是先升高后减小的趋势,在加入0.2wt%稀土变质后,冲击韧性达到47 J/cm2的最高值。The microstructure and properties of CARMO steel after rare-earth treatment were studied. The effect of tempering temperature(200 ℃, 250 ℃, 300 ℃, 400 ℃) on the microstructure and properties of CARMO steel was discussed.The results show that the martensite decomposition of CARMO steel at tempering temperature of 200-400 ℃, and bainite produces, the carbide precipitates in the grain boundary and the lath is gathered and raised to be in a granular form. With the increase of rare earth content, the hardness increases after tempering. After adding 0.5 wt% RE, the hardness reaches the highest value of 57 HRC. With the increase of tempering temperature from 200 ℃ to 400 ℃, the hardness decreases from 57 HRC to 52 HRC. The impact toughness is a tendency to be reduced after the first step is increased. After the addition of 0.2 wt% RE, the impact toughness reaches the highest value of 47 J/cm2.
